RE: Waving to other riders

It is a brotherhood thing. No matter what your occupation, race, or make of machine, we are all the same. A common ground of similar interest. I do the lowered two fingered peace salute, or the four fingers off the grips when I have little time to react. In GA, we all wave at everyone else pretty much.

RE: Anybody like the new Road King Custom?

Gringo,
You have a place to stay here in GA too! The tail of the dragon is not to far away... Atlanta is about an hour away as well.

RE: Anybody like the new Road King Custom?

It was 63 here in GA today. I would have gone for a ride if work didn't get in the way!
Pay, my address is:
Allen Smith
353 Rose Garden Lane
Ellijay, GA 30540
Rocky Mountain or Mile High Harley sound like cool places to visit, and wouldn't mind a shirt from there.
Anyone going to Daytona at the end of the month? It is about 7 hours from my place. I rode last year, and considering this year too.

Pay,
Second thought, make that an XL grey shirt. Rocky Mountain Harley sounds good. No prob on the wait, I was in no rush anyway.

RE: Anybody like the new Road King Custom?

Gringo - I'm in. How about a nice t-shirt from my local Mile High Harley shop? I LOVE FREE ORANGES!!!!
Speaking of t-shirts from the Mile High Harley, Pay, are you still plan on sending me one from there? A large grey one will be fine once you get back from Canada. Do you still have my address with the license plate braket I sent ya?

RE: Fullsac Performance Header Pipe Modification

I took Hawg man's advice and bought the Fullsac header from ebay too. Definately sounded better, better acceleration, and less heat. Thanks again Hawg man for the great advice! The new gaps in the stock heat shields show blueing or rust on the ceremic coated pipes under them. I will eventually get better fitting heat shields for true duals.

RE: Loud Pipes & City Ordnances

Quiet down my bike? I don't think I heard that. Maybe I've had my pythons on too long. I kinda like it that way.

RE: Anybody like the new Road King Custom?

Pay,
I've been gone for a while with not much computer access, so sorry for not responding. If you can get me a cool looking dark colored large shirt, that would be awesome! You pick your favorite mile high dealership. Thanks bro!

RE: How long ya been riding?

I have been riding since I was 20, and I am 36 now, so I guess that is only 16 years. I owned a 500 Honda Ascot, 2 750 Yamaha Maxims, 920 Yamaha Maxim, and now an 05 Road King Custom. Usually put on about 15k miles per year, except for a year in the sandbox with the Army. One wreck last year, but now at least the bike is paid for as it was totalled! Fixed it for about 2g and you would never guess it was ever laid down.
